During my tenure as Director and 1 year as President, West County Wastewater:

• Has remained very healthy financially.

• Established itself as a great place to work. All Salaries are above livable wage.

• Is projected to meet its 5 year goals to improve Capital assets. including sewers and plant improvements.

• Is negotiating a Project Labor Agreement with the Trades and Construction Council.

• Passed an Environmental Justice Policy.

• Established a Capital Improvements Department.

• Created a road map to reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions and protect our Treatment Plant and surrounding communities from sea-level rise.
